Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah tahap rekomendasi penentuan portofolio aplikasi yang berisi penyempurnaan 4 sistem informasi yang sudah ada dan penambahan 8 sistem informasi baru agar dapat digunakan secara maksimal guna memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis institusi. The next stage is to determine the needs that will come through the Value Chain analysis, then determining the factors that are key to the success of strategic issues using Critical Success Factor analysis. The final result of this research is the stage on which the determination of the application portfolio contains improvement of 4 existing information systems and the addition of 8 new information system to be used optimally in order to meet the business needs of the institution. The study revealed that there is a positive relationship between compensation and employee effectiveness since compensation makes employees committed to the organization and also attracts and motivates qualified employees to perform better and harder. From the study, employees mostly resort to low morale when they sense compensation inequities or go into survival mode and eventually quit when the inequities persist.
