Market sentiment refers to the general mood on the financial markets and the overall tendency of investors to trade. Market sentiment, sometimes called investor sentiment, distinguishes between two main types, bullish and bearish.
Naturally, rising prices are connected with bullish market sentiment. On the other hand, falling prices are connected with bearish market sentiment. There are numerous ways to measure sentiment in the financial markets.
