Introduction Ovarian infiltration in pediatric non-Hodgkin lymphoma NHL is rare, and information on outcome is scarce and mainly based on case reports and small series. Ovarian involvement by NHL is usually secondary, occurring as a part of systemic disease. We report a case of year-old girl diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma DLBCL revealed by bone metastasis with a good outcome.
