This is to testify that team Pinsoftek provided us excellent support in successful implementation of GSuite for Education and Google Classroom. Earlier, we were using basic version of GSuite. Prathmesh, the MD being an ex-Loyolite, took active interest in making us understand the services with complete transparency. We not only made considerable savings by implementing GSuite for Education but also got to know about a great product Google Classroom. He helped us to implement Google Classroom, Meet and JamBoard. Prathmesh's strong association with Google was fairly evident during the entire process. The Pinsoftek team deployed all the modules and implemented it too. They trained our staff in an easy to understand manner and were highly responsive to our queries even post implementation. There was a requirement of Email solutions to send to a wide range of users from IIM-A and they published a Government Tender and we just participated as we are dealing in this service. When there was a Vendor Meeting we thought we can't get an order because there were giant companies of India like TCS are there to present. They asked for a live test of sending 50,000 emails in 1 hour time with a delivery report. There were about 25+ companies and no one was able to deliver even 10,000 emails in about an hour When there was our chance we delivered 50,000 emails in just 50 mins which is less than an hour and we were only the one who got completed their tech test and finally we got an order contract for their need for an year for sending millions of emails to their data. IIM-Ahmedabad also invited Mailchimp for it being a global solution provider and again we presented our offerings and they got convinced that we are the better solution provider and we have been retaining the contract for past 3 years.
